Circa 1860s Double Head Medalet. Musante GW-342, Baker-95A. Copper. MS-62 BN (PCGS).
21 mm. Medium mahogany brown with light golden outlines around the devices and soft blue and violet iridescence in the fields. Struck on a somewhat thick flan. Known in silver, copper,bronze and brass, and all are noted as rare by Musante. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection
