Orange Spring(s), FL- J. W. Pearson 75¢ ___ 1862 Benice 20 PMG Choice Fine 15. Pearson, who had numerous business interests, issued a large and complex series of scrip notes in 1861-62. This variety is the one with a two masted sailing vessel and small type. Like almost all of the other Pearson scrip notes, Benice believes that there are between 4 and 12 surviving examples of this note variety.
