 PR60-544 Remainder PMG Very Fine 20.

McKeever is believed to have been either a general merchant

 or tobacconist. This note has the same layout as other

 denominations from this issue including vignettes of an

 eagle with arrows and an olive branch in his

 talons, Ceres standing at left and Commerce or

 perhaps Navigation at right. The note is boldly signed in red

 ink and is attributed as a remainder by PMG because there is

 no serial number visible. However, the note certainly seems

 to have spent at least some time in circulation with serial

 numbering simply not done or with the serial number faded.
