The 25¢ note has a vignette of a dog lying with a key and strong box, symbolizing Fidelity, and a simple decorative end panel at left. The note utilized signers for both the president and cashier. PMG mentions a small internal split at center that does not provide much distraction from this attractive, fully issued note’s appearance. A rare note.
