Tallahassee, FL- Bank of Florida $1 18__ as G20 Proprietary Proof …PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ………Originally chartered in 1828, the bank was unsuccessful in obtaining capital and was reorganized the following year. The bank’s assets were purchased by the Central Bank of Florida in 1833 but the charter was not cancelled. The charter was reactivated in 1843 but the bank suspended specie payments in 1844 and finally had its charter annulled in 1845. This note is a Proprietary Proof printed by ABNCo from the original plate in the 20th century for general corporate purposes and programs.
